Client Review Requirement: All 2D DXF flat patterns, 3D sheet metal models, assembly files, and engineering drawings provided by SolidSheet CAD are intended solely as drafting and design support services. The client retains full responsibility for reviewing, verifying, and approving all dimensions, bend deductions, K-factors, material gauges, and hole clearances prior to cutting, punching, or bending.2. Pre-Production Testing: The client is strongly advised to perform a sample run or first-article inspection (FAI) before committing to full production runs.3. Limitation of Liability: SolidSheet CAD shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect manufacturing losses, scrapped materials, machine downtime, tooling damage, or project delays resulting from the use of delivered CAD files or DXF outputs.4. Tooling & Machine Tolerances: Because laser/plasma cutting kerf, press brake tooling, and material thickness variations vary by shop and machine setup, the client is responsible for applying machine-specific K-factors or bend allowances where required.
